Peanut Butter and Sunflower Microgreens Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of your favorite bread
- 2 tablespoons of your favorite peanut butter
- A handful of fresh sunflower microgreens
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Bread: Toast the bread slices if desired.
2. Spread the Peanut Butter: Evenly spread peanut butter on one side of each bread slice.
3. Add the Microgreens: Place a generous handful of sunflower microgreens on top of the peanut butter on one slice of bread.
4. Assemble the Sandwich: Close the sandwich with the second slice of bread, peanut butter side down.
5. Serve: Cut in half if desired and enjoy!
